Lake Oswego Public Library
The front lawn of the library is graced by a beautiful marble sculpture titled "Guardian" by Ted Shillock, 1996.  The sculpture is part of the City of Lake Oswego Art Collection.  

During the summer of 2001, the bench was added in memory of Phyllis Novak, devoted member of FAN, 1924 - 2000.  You can't turn your head without seeing something in FAN that she didn't help with, including many of our gardens!
